At Nottingham Arrows we offer 3 teams for adults. Our first team Outlaws is a Open Level 2 Team. Our second team Rebels is an Open Level 3 Team. Finally, Traitors is our Recreational Pom Team! 
Outlaws and Rebels are compete at 3 competitions throughout the season as well as attending showcases. Traitors is a non-competitive team that performs at game days, showcases and local events!
