Outlaws
Outlaws train every Tuesday evening at St George's in the Meadows, Nottingham from 8:00pm to 10:15pm.
The sessions involve a variety of L2 stunts, jumps and conditioning.

Rebels train every Monday evening at St George's in the Meadows, Nottingham from 8:15pm to 10:30pm.
The sessions involve a variety of L3 stunts, jumps and conditioning.
Recreational Pom Team

Traitors train every Monday evening at Queens Walk Community Centre, Nottingham from 6:30pm to 7:45pm.
The sessions involve a variety of dancing styles.
