Nottingham Arrows is a adult cheerleading team based in the Meadows area of Nottingham.

We provide athletes with a fun and safe environment to cheer in along with many socials and fun events.

 

We are non-university affiliated and have a wide variety of ages within our teams (18+).

Our athletes are both, working professional (with many working in healthcare) and university students.

We welcome everyone, even those who have never cheered before!

 

In our 12th season we are excited to compete at 3 competitions nationally with Outlaws and Rebels.

Our Pom team, Traitors, are looking forward to performing at  showcases and events throughout the season.
